Description

23rd ANNUAL ANIMAL PROTECTION AND WELLNESS (APAW) EXPO 2022

In 1998, former prosecutor Claudine Wilkins created the Animal Protection And Wellness (APAW) Expo after being shocked to find animal abuse cases were routinely falling through the cracks. Growing for the past 23 years, the APAW Expo has been successful in uniting a vast cross section of animal law professionals and animal welfare advocates together in one place and showing the importance of each of their roles in protecting animals as well as humans.

This is an exclusive opportunity to learn from the experts not only the basics, but also advanced programs. Attendees are invited to do the following:

• Receive continuing education credits

• Network and make important connections during our complimentary morning and afternoon breaks f

• Check out the extensive Expo Exhibit Hall

• Take basic and advanced courses

• Attend a BONUS Virtual 1-day conference on September 9th.  If you can't make it, no problem - it's recorded and you will be able to watch at your leisure until January 1, 2023

You will also have the opportunity to meet lawyers, prosecutors, judges, animal welfare organizations, veterinarians, vet techs, animal shelter and rescue/foster professionals, violence interceptors, domestic violence and child advocates, victim’s specialist, lawmakers, regulatory agencies inspectors, volunteers, community organizers, and many more.

Each person is a like-minded individual with similar goals and who are willing to share strategies and exchange ideas. It is about working together to enhance our roles and achieve the ultimate goal of helping animals in our communities.
